Delivery & Returns
Our Standard UK Delivery Time & Price is quoted individually for each product, clearly stated on each specific product page.
Where other delivery options are available, these will be listed, with price, during checkout.
If you require delivery sooner than options offered, please phone us on 01933 522 223 and we'll do all we can to help.
We do not deliver outside the UK.
To return items purchased online from Canoe2:
- Please drop us an email letting us know what you need to return, along with your reason for return, and of course your name, address & contact details. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- We will get back to you with full instructions for return. Please don't despatch any item before we reply.
- Then, return product as advised.
- For items returned as faulty, for refund, and agreed by us to be faulty, postage costs will be reimbursed to the customer at a rate equivalent to Royal Mail's First Class Recorded service (UK only).
- For items returned due to a change of mind, for exchange or refund, postage costs remain with the responsibility of the customer.
- The customer is liable for the package and its contents until safely returned. We therefore strongly recommend that all returns are sent via a Recorded Service.
- Returns will be processed quickly, and any monies owing will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of product.
- Monies will be refunded only to the same payment method used by the customer when purchasing.
